5. Orders and Payments

Order Process
When you place an order on the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. Order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order.

Payment Methods

Sales Tax

6. Ongoing Pre-Bookings

After completing the pre-booking process, we will initiate preparations to deliver the product. The estimated delivery timeline is within 6 to 8 months from the date of pre-booking, which accounts for production, quality checks, and logistical arrangements. While we strive to meet this timeline, unforeseen circumstances, such as supply chain disruptions, may cause minor delays. In such cases, you will be notified promptly of any changes to the delivery schedule. Please note that pre-bookings are non-refundable.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policy
We offer shipping to India. Shipping options and associated fees will be displayed during the checkout process. While we make every effort to ensure that your order is shipped as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Shipping Fees

Risk of Loss
Title to the products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during shipping. Please inspect your package upon receipt and report any issues immediately.
