Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Where We Ship

We’re happy to ship to locations across India and to a few select international destinations.

  • Domestic Shipping (India): We deliver to most cities and towns across India. Whether you’re in a bustling city or a smaller town, we’ve got you covered.

     

  • International Shipping: We also offer shipping to certain countries. You can check if we deliver to your location during the checkout process.

2. Shipping Options and Charges

To make sure you get your order the way you want it, we offer different shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: This is our most affordable option. Orders placed with standard shipping typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days in India. International orders can take between 10 to 21 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Need it sooner? Choose express shipping! This option will get your order to you faster, usually within 2 to 5 business days in India, and 5 to 10 business days for international deliveries.
  • Free Shipping: Keep an eye out for special promotions where we offer free shipping! These offers may have certain conditions (like minimum order value or geographical restrictions), so make sure to check the details at checkout. 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You’ll always see the total shipping charges before you complete your purchase.

3. Processing Your Order

Once you place an order with us, here’s what happens next:

  • Order Confirmation: After you place an order, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the details-items, shipping address, total cost, etc. It’s important to check this carefully to make sure everything looks good.

     

  • Order Processing: We usually process orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take a little longer to process.

     

  • Shipping: Once your order is ready to go, we’ll send you a shipment notification email with tracking details. This lets you keep an eye on your order as it makes its way to you.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic Orders (within India):

    Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
    • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days

  • International Orders:
    • Standard Shipping: 10-21 business days
    • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days

Please note that these are estimated times. Factors like your location, the shipping method chosen, and unforeseen events (such as weather conditions or carrier delays) can affect delivery times.

5. Notifications and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with tracking information. You can track your order using the tracking number provided and see where it is every step of the way.

If there are any unexpected delays or issues, you’ll be notified immediately. We want you to know what’s going on and will keep you updated throughout the process.

6. Risk of Loss

  • Domestic Orders: Once your package is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. We recommend that you inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

  • International Orders: For international shipments, we are not responsible for loss or damage once the package leaves India. However, we’ll provide tracking details to help you stay informed about your order.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

When shipping internationally, there may be additional customs duties, taxes, and fees applied by your local authorities. These charges are not included in the price of the item and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Customs processing times can vary, so there may be delays that are outside of our control. If you have any concerns about customs charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Certain restrictions apply to specific products or locations:

  • We do not offer delivery to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Some products may have special shipping requirements (e.g., fragile items, oversized products). If that’s the case, we’ll let you know during checkout.

9. Providing Accurate Address Information

It’s important that you provide accurate and complete address information when you place your order. This helps us ensure that your package arrives safely and on time.

If you notice an error with your shipping address after placing an order, don’t worry! Just reach out to our customer service team at support@taejoon.in, and we’ll assist you in correcting the details. before shipment.
