Cancellation Policy
1. Overview
This policy outlines the terms and condiƟons related to the cancellation of services provided by TAEJOON PRIVATE LIMITED.
By engaging our services, you agree to comply with the following terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and adjustments.
2. Service Cancellation
Customer-Initiated Cancellation: Customers may cancel their service by providing written notice to support@taejoon.in at least 24 before the scheduled start date of the service.
Company-Initiated Cancellation: TAEJOON PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible and may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling of the service.
3. Cancellation Fees
Non-Refundable Services: Certain services may require a non-refundable fee or deposit, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Partial Refunds: Cancellations made after 24hrs of the service may be eligible for a partial refund, less any non-refundable deposit or cancellation fee.
Full Refunds: Cancellations made within the 24hrs window before the service may qualify for a full refund, excluding any non-refundable processing or administrative fees.
4. Refund Processing
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within [7-14 business days] after approval of the cancellation request.
Payment Method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. No-Show Policy
If a customer fails to show up for a scheduled service without prior notification, no refund will be issued. This will be considered a “no-show,” and 100% of the service fee will be retained by TAEJOON PRIVATE LIMITED.
6. Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions), TAEJOON PRIVATE LIMITED may offer rescheduling options or partial refunds, depending on the circumstances.
7. Dispute Resolution
If a customer disputes a charge or refund decision, they may contact support@taejoon.in for further review. All decisions made by TAEJOON PRIVATE LIMITED regarding cancellations and refunds are final.
